It looks like you or someone you care about is trying out our new game, Tower Rush. We hope you love it and have fun!

Let’s talk about how to keep you and/or your children safe while connecting to this awesome game. Many of us at Solar Forge Games have kids too, and we believe there cannot be fun unless everyone playing can feel safe. With that in mind, we’ve established clear guardrails to maintain a fun and comfortable environment.

  1. We want to make games that everyone can play and in which players feel happy. That means we commit to keeping the language and themes in our games clean and positive, and we want to create and maintain an environment where communication between players stays lighthearted.

  2. You should have confidence that you know what this game offers–both in terms of character and story as well as purchases made. We make great efforts to be as upfront about this as possible. But if you see room for improvement, let us know!

  3. Finding resolutions to problems should be quick and painless. If there is a problem with the game, we are available to help! (Customer service is always available at If there is a problem with a purchase, we will help you find the right place to remedy the situation. (Usually that will be Google or Apple, who handles all purchases and refunds.)

Where can Solar Forge Games be found?

We are delighted to launch our first game, Tower Rush. By the end of our release, it will be available globally to play on phones and tablets with iOS and Android. To start playing Tower Rush, please download it to the device via the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

Does Tower Rush have an age limit?

One does not need to be a certain age to play Tower Rush. However, under our Terms and Conditions, users under the legal age of majority in the country of their residence require their legal guardian’s approval of our Terms before registering an account.

Note that Google Play and Apple's App Store publish age recommendations in the app’s description. However, these age or maturity classifications refer only to the suitability of content suitability (animations, character design, gameplay, etc.) according to the body providing these ratings, and they do not necessarily align with our Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Personal Data

Within a few minutes of opening the game, we invite players to name themselves in game. If you are playing yourself or helping a minor start to play, please create a nickname that is not identifiable as yourself. This will help maintain your privacy and security. You are able to change the username through the in-game settings (open the game, tap on the gear-wheel icon and look for "change name").

We do not collect or store credit card information, nor do we process payments for in-game purchases. All financial transactions are completed via Google Play or the App Store (depending on your device) according to the email address associated with that device’s account.

If you ever experience trouble related to making purchases and would like to request a refund, please contact Google Play or the App Store from within your device.

When contacting our support, you'll have the option to share your email address with us. We will never sell or share your personal data or email address to third parties. We will always ask for your consent before sending marketing messages to you.

How does chat work in Tower Rush?

In its current form, Tower Rush does not have chat features. However, we know it makes a fun game even more exciting when you are playing with friends, so stay tuned for some big updates! We will also update this document at that time to tell you all about it.

Is Tower Rush free to play?

Tower Rush is completely free to download, but players could choose to make in-app purchases if they wanted to. In-app purchases are not required to play, enjoy, or progress in the game, but they could help a player progress faster or allow for customization. In-app purchases are paid for with real money and are always clearly labeled as such. They can be found in the game itself, meaning that the options to make a purchase are located within the store section of Tower Rush.

How do I turn off the ability to make in-app purchases?

The simplest way to avoid making in-app purchases is to not store payment (credit card) information on the device. Without payment information saved on the device, purchases cannot be made. However, if you prefer to have payment information present but want to block in-app purchases, you can change password protection settings or even disable the in-app purchase function within your device’s settings.

Different devices will use different processes to accomplish this. Please see these instructions for your device:

Do you process in-app purchases?

Solar Forge Games does not process payments of any kind, and it does not have access to any credit card information. It has no billing programs or systems.


If you use an Apple device, your transactions are processed through the App Store, and Apple will email you App Store Transaction receipts after each purchase. If you purchase multiple items, your purchases might be bundled together and the receipt might not arrive for a few days. These processes are subject to Apple’s terms.

How are my bank details kept private?

Because we do not process payments and we have no access to your payment information, your bank details are kept private from Solar Forge Games. All transactions are processed by Google Play or the App Store (see above).

I bought something in game but did not receive it. What do I do?

Transactions should process instantly. However, it is possible for a rare situation in which it could take up to 48 hours for a transaction to process through Apple or Google before they appear in your game. If your transaction does not appear right away, please try restarting the app by closing it completely and then opening it again. This creates a new connection to the servers that could cause the in-app purchase to appear.

If 48 hours have passed and your purchase is still not appearing in game, please contact Apple or Google directly for resolution to the purchase error.

If you received a receipt but did not receive your in-game rewards, please contact us at and we will take care of it for you. Including a copy of your receipt will be a big help!

Can I get a refund for an in-app purchase my child made without my authorization?

In line with most downloadable software, purchases made in our games (in-app purchases) are not refundable. In rare cases, however, exceptions can be applied, and we encourage you to reach out to Google Play or the App Store for assistance.

Please note: Because all purchases occur via the App Store or Google Play, Solar Forge Games is unable to affect a refund.

How can I see a history of my in-game purchases?


  • Open the Settings app.

  • Select your name, then Media & Purchases.

  • Tap View Account.

  • Select Purchase History.


  • Open the Play Store.

  • Select your profile icon.

  • Tap Payments & subscriptions.

  • Tap Budget & history.

I was billed for a purchase I didn’t make. What should I do?

If no one with access to your device has played our game or made a purchase within it, but you were billed for a purchase made within our game, your Google or Apple account might have been compromised. Immediately contact Apple or Google:


  • Sign in to your Google account.

  • On the left, select Security.

  • Find “Recent security events” and select Review security events.

  • Find the activity that did not come from you and select “No, it wasn’t me.”

  • Follow the steps to help secure your account. Please see Google’s Account Help for more ideas about securing your information.


  • Go to Apple support.

  • Tap “Contact iTunes store support" link.

  • Choose "Purchases, billing and redemption."

  • Find and select the option that fits you best.

If you found fraudulent activity and have already contacted Apple or Google and they sent you to us, please email us at Please include all the specific details you can, such as what happened, when it occurred, transaction receipts, relevant screenshots, etc.

Preparing for Safety

We hope you and your children enjoy our game. Playing, especially together, can be a great way to relax and practice fun skills in a low-stakes way. If you or your child aren’t having a good time, these things might be good topics for you guys to discuss together: 

  1. Talk about the pros and cons of gaming.

  2. Talk together about how gaming can fit into a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle.

  3. Help them see you as the ultimate supporter you are–they can come to you if something upsets them.

  4. Play the game yourself. This is a great way to get to know what it’s like and explore the options available. Your child might enjoy explaining goals and strategies to you!

  5. Check your child’s username and reach out if you would like us to help you change it. Help them choose a nickname that is appropriate but does not reveal their real name.

  6. Check the device’s settings for in-app purchases. Establish family policies for this. You might want to restrict or turn off in-app purchases on your child’s device.

  7. Reach out to us together–via email or discord–so we can help out.
